You must have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and highly organized. Real estate, escrow, and/or lending experience preferred. In this position you'll be processing all contracts after acceptance, program data entry, creating change orders, and corresponding with other team members regarding transactions. What you'll do: Processing all contracts after acceptance, Earnest Money, Loan Commitments, Sold change orders to CMs Program data entry (SalesForce, BuilderTrend, DotLoop) Assist with Brokerage and DotLoop audits Mylar audits Requirements Real estate, escrow, new construction, and/or lending experience preferred.
