Full-Time, In Office, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) Assignment Length:

Immediate Positions Needed:
3 Position Summary Our client is seeking three Data Analysts to support their Support Services Department. This position will be responsible for exporting customer compliance and service data from our Premier software platform, importing and organizing data in Microsoft Excel, and performing year-over-year analysis to identify trends and variances. The Data Analyst will communicate findings to Project Coordinators and assist with reporting on customer compliance activities and historical service data. Essential Responsibilities Export customer compliance and service data from the Premier software platform. Import, organize, and maintain data within Microsoft Excel. Analyze year-over-year customer compliance and service data. Create reports, charts, and summaries for Project Coordinators. Identify discrepancies, trends, and significant variances in reporting data. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all exported and reported information. Support ongoing data and reporting needs for the Support Services team. Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables/VLookup) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to identify and report data inconsistencies and trends. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts. Previous data analysis or reporting experience. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints (a plus). Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working extensively in Excel, capable of analyzing large amounts of information, and able to clearly communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
