Salary:

Job Details Responsibilities:
Lead the development, coordination, and production of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and pursuit materials Manage proposal schedules, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple concurrent pursuits Collaborate with business development, operations, marketing, and executive teams to develop compelling win strategies and messaging Write, edit, and tailor proposal content to align with client requirements and project opportunities Coordinate the collection of technical content, resumes, project profiles, and supporting documentation from internal stakeholders Ensure all proposal submissions are accurate, compliant, visually polished, and delivered on time Support interview preparation efforts, including presentation development, rehearsal coordination, and messaging strategy Maintain and improve proposal templates, pursuit databases, and marketing collateral Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence gathering Help drive continuous improvement initiatives related to proposal processes, branding, and pursuit strategy Support CRM management and business development tracking efforts as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Construction Management, or related field preferred 5+ years of proposal coordination, pursuit management, or marketing experience within the construction, engineering, architecture, or professional services industry Strong experience managing complex RFP, RFQ, and interview processes Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite programs such as InDesign preferred Experience with CRM and proposal management platforms is a plus Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting design-build, federal, or negotiated construction pursuits Familiarity with construction industry terminology and procurement processes APMP certification or related professional development is a plus Experience developing strategic messaging and interview coaching materials Ability to contribute to broader marketing and branding initiatives beyond proposal development Interested in hearing more?
