We are seeking a Customer Contracts & Pricing Analyst to join our team in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This role will support contract operations, distributor chargebacks, pricing accuracy, customer and GPO membership management, and sales tracing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with large data sets and business systems, and the ability to identify discrepancies and drive issues through resolution. This position also offers the opportunity to support process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives. Customer Contracts & Pricing Analyst Compensation The pay for this position is $38.00/hr Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Customer Contracts & Pricing Analyst Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Customer Contracts & Pricing Analyst Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of the distributor chargeback and sales trace process , including submissions, resubmissions, denial dispositions, dispute resolution, chargeback settlements, and customer-related sales tracing errors.
  • Analyze and resolve chargeback, price variance, contract membership, and central membership errors in accordance with applicable OLAs, SLAs, policies, procedures, and business guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate customer master data, customer cross-references, GPO membership records, and central membership alignment to support pricing accuracy and reduce financial risk.
  • Perform customer and GPO member management activities, including eligibility auditing, roster additions, changes, deletions, migrations, transitions, and updates.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across Contract Operations.
  • Utilize tools and systems such as SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python, and BOT capabilities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain training materials, desktop procedures, and process documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate dispute information, follow up on open issues, and ensure timely resolution of customer, distributor, and contract discrepancies. Customer Contracts & Pricing Analyst Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated knowledge in areas such as chargebacks, pricing claims, membership management, contract operations, master data management, analytics, automation, contracting technologies, IT development, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong technical aptitude with tools such as SAP Vistex, JDE, TAHITI, MS Access, SQL Server, Excel, Power BI, Qlik, Python, ERP systems, reporting tools, and analytics platforms .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to identify and support continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
  • Strong ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a variable workload while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
