This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with the potential for overtime when needed . This position includes on-site living accommodations , with an apartment provided and utilities included (after 30 day probation period) as part of the compensation package.

Key Details:

Full-time position (40 hours per week) Possibility of overtime based on property needs Apartment provided on site with utilities included Staff are on call after hours and on weekends for emergency situations only Responsibilities may include: General maintenance and repairs Monitoring building systems and property upkeep Responding to maintenance requests Maintaining cleanliness and safety of common areas Coordinating with management and contractors when necessary Responding to emergency issues during on-call periods We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance and property management tasks.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
