Job Description

## Standard Job Description The successful candidate will be the Radio Frequency Interfermometer (RFI) Logistics Program Manager (LPM) leading all Global Sustainment (GS) program activity. The role will be responsible for the capture and execution of all logistics & sustainment efforts for the RFI Program to include but not limited to Engineering & Design for Sustainment during development, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), publications, training, repairs, obsolescence management, and field support. The LPM will work closely with Program Managers and other functions to determine GS staffing levels, required skillsets, day to day management, measurement, and reporting of contract scope. The role will devise and implement plans, budgets, schedules in response to program requirements to ensure milestones are met. The LPM will devise solutions in response to problems that negatively impact successful accomplishment of tasks assigned throughout the team. The LPM will support the adoption of Digital Transformation processes, tools, common products, and infrastructure as required. The LPM will also serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for GS activitites using Earned Value Management (EVM) System Metrics, technical and staffing risks, cost, schedule, performance, baseline in documents, and key Technical Performance Measures (TPM). The position will also provide capture and proposal support to include reveiw of Basis of Estimates, sustainment strategy themes, and proposal milestone completions. ## Basic Qualifications Minimum of 3 years project management Bachelors degree or equivelent military and/or commercial experience Ability to obtain Secret clearance ## Desired Skills Knowledgable in Earned Value Management Ability to communicate to diverse teams and message to leadership Knowledge and Execution of Product Support Elements Proposal experience and volume authorship Demonstrated experience successfully executing sustainment programs in a classified environment

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
