Canyon Design Build is a firm specializing in the design and construction of high-end residential remodeling projects in the East Bay. We pride ourselves in maintaining a positive work environment and delighting our customers with exceptional service. The contract administrator will be involved in all components of construction project management, from pre-construction activities through final building close out. This position will ensure all contractual provisions related to our projects are followed, monitored and closed out. This team member will play a key role in managing and updating our project management systems, working closely with the project team, as well as sales and accounting. This is a coordination role and as such requires a high level of interpersonal skills, both internally and externally. The position reports to the Construction Manager. The position is full time, salaried, exempt. Specific tasks. Provide support to the Construction Manager on estimating. Manage pricing and contracting with subcontractors. Write and Revise Client Prime Construction Agreements. Write and Revise Subcontractor Agreements. Write and Revise Client and Subcontractor Change Orders. Online Green Halo management. Manage unconditional and condition lien releases. Contract Reconciliations. Cost Coding. Manage Billing Schedules o Manage Billing against Schedule of Values (SOV) to Clients. Manage Subcontractor Billings and Cost Coding DocuSign Management. Work with Designers / Ensure Sign Offs. Attend Weekly Resource Meetings. Purchase Materials for projects. Other duties as assigned by your manager.
