Contract Analyst:
Duties:
The Contract Analyst is responsible for reviewing, organizing, and validating contract records within the client's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to ensure contract metadata is complete, accurate, and consistent. This role focuses on cleaning up legacy contract data, correcting metadata discrepancies, standardizing contract information, and supporting data governance initiatives to improve contract searchability, reporting, and compliance. The analyst will identify and resolve data quality issues, collaborate with stakeholders to verify contract information, and ensure contracts are properly categorized and maintained in accordance with organizational standards.
Location:
Remote is fine, but highly prefer local to Lehi. Interview process: 2 rounds, no pre-work
Skills:
The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy. Experience working with contracts, legal documents, or enterprise contact management systems is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms or document management systems are highly desirable. The successful candidate should also possess effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, Information Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered. Prior experience with contract administration, contract data management, records management, or CLM systems is strongly preferred.
