Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Unarmed Guard for Graveyard Patrol to ensure the safety and security of our premises during nighttime hours. This role involves patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance systems, and maintaining a visible security presence to deter unauthorized access and potential threats. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding safety protocols while providing excellent customer service to staff and visitors. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the property during overnight shifts, including perimeter checks and interior inspections Write detailed incident reports for any unusual occurrences or security concerns observed during patrols Respond swiftly to emergencies by following established procedures, including administering first aid or operating AED devices when necessary Maintain a visible presence to deter theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry while providing courteous assistance to staff and visitors Perform background checks on new personnel if required and ensure compliance with security regulations Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance technology, CCTV operation, access control systems, and emergency response procedures Strong skills in incident report writing, conflict de-escalation, conflict management, and law enforcement communication protocols Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor in all interactions Physical fitness to stand, walk long distances during patrols, and perform physical security duties effectively Familiarity with fire safety procedures and compliance with security regulations is essential Security License required Join us in safeguarding our facilities through vigilant patrols and proactive security measures.
