Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contract Compliance Manager with a strong paralegal mindset to support our growing incentive travel business. This role is responsible for preparing, organizing, and refining contracts for final legal review. You will work closely with leadership and our in-house attorney, who will provide final legal oversight and approval. Your role is to ensure every agreement is accurate, complete, and aligned with business terms before it reaches legal. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and accountability—ensuring contracts are clean, compliant, and execution-ready. Key Responsibilities Contract Preparation & Review Prepare, review, and organize contracts with hotels, resorts, vendors, and partners prior to legal review Ensure all agreements are complete, consistent, and aligned with negotiated terms Identify risks, inconsistencies, and missing provisions before escalation to legal Maintain version control and organized contract files Compliance & Accuracy Ensure all agreements meet internal standards and compliance requirements Track key contract dates (deposits, attrition deadlines, cancellation windows, etc.) Monitor obligations and proactively flag issues Redlining & Coordination Assist in drafting contracts and addendums Coordinate closely with leadership and the in-house attorney for final review Communicate clearly with hotels, vendors, and internal teams regarding revisions Financial & Operational Alignment Cross-check contracts against budgets, cost sheets, and proposals Ensure all fees, taxes, concessions, and inclusions are clearly documented Support accurate forecasting by confirming financial terms Process Improvement Help develop streamlined systems for contract tracking and compliance Create templates, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency Qualifications Paralegal experience or equivalent contract management experience Strong understanding of contracts, legal terminology, and risk identification Exceptional attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously Strong written communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
