Job Description

The Lease Contract Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate rental and leasing customer information. Rush Truck Leasing opens the door to the world of opportunity. Responsibilities:
Coordinates billing and documentation for assigned lease contracts. Maintain organized standardized records storage system. Handle customer questions and refer to appropriate manager as needed.
Develop and maintain files on:
customer contracts, FHUT, billing, mileage, CPI and rate calculations, monthly unit counts, and credit memos. Perform annual review of files and rates. Send new unit info to asset manager and pull documents as requested or needed. Creation bills for lease contracts. Process monthly local and national billing and associated transactions. Maintain reports.

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Excel proficiency Outlook proficiency One year experience in working with contracts, billing, and insurance documentation; or equivalent experience and/or education. Preferably within similar industry.
