ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintains costing data all TCV products; verifies current customer margins are within acceptable ranges.
- In coordination with customer, establishes delivery schedule for products.
- Completes all paperwork including (but not limited to): UPC code approvals, Invoice Numbers, Product codes, etc.
- Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed.
- Serves as primary point of contact for customer issues relating to pricing and delivery.
- Supports the staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference calls, etc.
- Meets agreed upon goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.
- Arrives to work, appointments, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
- Resolves customer issues/problems.

Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs., bending, sitting, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree or 60 hours toward a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum three years of administrative support.
- Strong database and spreadsheet experience.
- Experience pricing/margins strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
