Emovis is part of Abertis Mobility Solutions (AMS) - a leading Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) & Electronic Tolling System (ETS) integrator. Emovis currently conducts business operations various US states.

JOB PURPOSE

The Bid/ Business Development & Financial Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the company's business development activities by providing financial analysis, commercial assessments, bid support, and strategic insights for new business opportunities and current projects. Working closely with Head of Business Development, the role is responsible for developing financial models and business plans supporting proposal development and bid managers, and ensuring that commercial submissions are financially robust, operationally feasible, and aligned with corporate objectives. The position requires strong analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders in a dynamic international environment. Prior knowledge on the sector is not required, but the candidate is expected to be eager to learn quickly about the business.

RESPONSABILITIES

Perform financial analysis and business planning of bids, tenders, and strategic opportunities across international markets Develop, maintain and review financial models, pricing strategies, profitability analyses, and business cases to support decision-making and commercial negotiations. Coordinate and consolidate inputs from Operations, Product, IT, Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams Prepare management presentations, approval committee materials, and executive summaries that translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations. Support governance activities by documenting assumptions, decisions, and financial impacts associated with opportunities Provide analytical support to Head of Business Development and senior management teams, helping drive informed strategic and investment decisions

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline. Around 3-7 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Business Development, M&A, FP&A, Audit or finance related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, strong communication, attention to detail and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to complex projects, tenders, or tolling/infrastructure-based businesses is desirable.
