In person Job Overview Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Director of Growth and Strategic Development to lead the organization's growth, enrollment, business development, marketing, community outreach, referral development, and strategic expansion efforts. Candidates must be familiar with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and understand the services provided to children, adolescents and teens with autism and other developmental needs. This individual must be able to confidently and accurately communicate about ABA therapy with prospective families, pediatricians, physicians, psychologists, schools, therapy providers, insurance professionals, and community partners. This is a hands-on leadership position with direct responsibility for developing and executing strategies that increase qualified leads, client enrollment, referral relationships, community visibility, brand awareness, and sustainable organizational growth. The Director of Growth and Strategic Development will take ownership of the growth and enrollment pipeline from initial lead generation and referral development through family inquiry, tour, intake, assessment, authorization, and start of services. A major component of this position is developing and maintaining strong referral relationships with pediatricians, physician offices, hospitals, psychologists, psychiatrists, autism diagnostic providers, therapy clinics, schools, daycare centers, community organizations, and other professionals serving children and families. The Director will also lead and coordinate digital marketing, social media, community outreach, events, advertising campaigns, lead nurturing, brand development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives. This individual will work closely with executive, clinical, and administrative leadership to ensure growth strategies align with clinical capacity, staffing, insurance participation, authorization requirements, scheduling, and the overall operational needs of BTS. Duties and ResponsibilitiesGrowth and Strategic Development Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase qualified leads, referrals, client enrollment, market visibility, and organizational revenue. Establish measurable short-term and long-term growth goals and develop action plans for achieving those goals.
