Job Description

Short Description The Global Key Account Manager supports the growth and opportunity development for Atlas Copco IAS, ELD, and MVS within Tesla. Additionally, the GKAM will cultivate relationships, generate new sales and contribute to sustained growth and success of the Business Lines. This position will report to the IAS BLM.
Note:
We are open to candidates living in any state, and open to retaining partial responsibilities in consideration of current assignment. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the global Tesla account strategy across IAS, ELD, and MVS, aligning business growth objectives and strengthening strategic partnerships. Drive sales growth, achieve revenue targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Create and manage a global account business plan, including growth opportunities, competitive insights, and strategic initiatives. Acquire a deep understanding of Tesla requirements/needs and relate them for product development Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, major programs, and product growth initiatives. Capture and communicate customer requirements and market intelligence to support product development and business strategy. Leverage relationships to understand "the voice of the customer," effectively communicate them to IAS, ELD, and MVS Introduce new products and solutions, highlighting customer value and business benefits. Prepare and present account performance updates, forecasts, and annual business plans to senior leadership. Manage blanket price negotiations/agreements to the extent required with all Tesla stakeholders both in US and globally. Initiate regular plant visits with sales personnel and communicate, and assist with, strategic initiatives. Experience and Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field. 5 + years industrial sales and/or sales management experience is much preferred, however not mandatory Knowledge of joining and related equipment, sales strategy, industrial management, and technical ability preferred, however not mandatory Proficiency with MS Office applications Experience with Sales Force software Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Auburn Hills, Michigan office.
