Responsible for developing and executing business strategies, supporting expansion initiatives across markets and regions, optimizing operational processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Develop integrated operating model strategies and assess business challenges, needs, and gaps. Analyze business performance, market trends, and operational data to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and provide actionable recommendations. Design and implement operating models, strategic roadmaps, and transformation initiatives. Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage end-to-end project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business priorities, coordinate execution, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Develop financial models, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses. Identify business challenges and conduct root cause analysis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies. Support partnership development and stakeholder engagement. Facilitate executive-level discussions, workshops, and presentations. 40 hours per week. Requires Master of Business Administration (MBA) and background in strategy development, operating model design, financial analysis, and cross-functional program execution. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Familiarity with developing integrated operating model strategies and assessing business challenges, needs, and gaps. Understanding data analysis, financial modeling, and performance measurement using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and KPI dashboards. Ability to manage full lifecycle implementations, including planning, execution, and delivery. Background working with senior stakeholders and executives to define strategy, drive alignment, and deliver business outcomes. Travel less than 10% of the time to company's international offices for training local team members, meeting local brand representatives.
