Job Description:

Answer incoming calls and schedule plumbing services; communicate with customers and technicians to guarantee accurate and efficient scheduling, map out and coordinate schedules for multiple technicians, keep customers updated on job status, type up and send estimates, pictures and follow up information, effectively work with lead dispatcher, and other office duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who understands plumbing and enjoys interacting with people over the phone. Must be a people person Must be able to multitask Must be able to answer multi line phones and dispatch with accuracy Must be comfortable and proficient using computers, computer programs, and email Must be able to provide fast and friendly customer service, with the ability to de-escalate situations and communicate empathy to ensure quality customer satisfaction Must be a quick thinker, able to problem solve and work independently Must be a good listener and a fast learner Must possess strong oral and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years customer service experience Minimum of 2 years scheduling/dispatching experience Previous experience as a dispatcher in the plumbing industry a plus Knowledge of trade concepts, practices and procedures related to plumbing a plus Knowledge of Service Fusion a plus
