Dispatcher

Dispatcher Dispatcher and Scheduler Requirements:

Scheduling & dispatching experience to cover call offs or no shows. Communicate scheduling issues and contact employees to fill open posts. Coordinate with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment. Multi-task several incoming phone lines at a time, monitor emails and mobile phones. Prioritize calls according to urgency and schedule importance. Computer skills are needed to write emails, respond to clients and prepare end of shift reports. Extreme attention to detail to document incidents and track security officer's changes in schedules. Manage and execute changes in schedules.

Qualifications:

2 years of dispatch and scheduling experience preferred. Experience with TrackTik program or any other security guard software is a plus Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances. Maintain a high-level of accuracy, be a quick learner and work independently. Strong communication skills, great organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work assignments. Desire a professional, respectful demeanor and someone who can strongly follow our company's code of conduct. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation to and from work. Flexible schedule as needed.

From $16.50 to $18.00 per hour
