Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems like TREEZ, and adhere to strict state & city compliance regulations. Upsell products and services effectively by understanding customer needs and enhancing product knowledge to meet sales targets. Maintain stock levels through stocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory to ensure an attractive store environment. Support store operations by handling cashiering duties, returns, change for registers, cash handling, and processing retail math calculations efficiently. Engage with customers via social media management to promote new products, events, or promotions that drive traffic and sales. Uphold excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients or vendors, ensuring professional interactions at all times. Assist in preparing outgoing delivery & pickup orders Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues on achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards. Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in cannabis industry Familiarity with POS systems like Treez is advantageous Bilingual skills or multilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customer bases. Heavy tourist location Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver excellent customer service. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and client engagement strategies. Basic math skills for handling retail transactions accurately and analyzing sales data for performance insights. Organizational skills for managing stock levels, maintaining store cleanliness, and coordinating product displays efficiently.
