The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, deep knowledge of the trucking industry, and the ability to handle multiple loads and drivers efficiently under pressure. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Plan, assign, and coordinate loads to drivers across regional and OTR lanes Track equipment, monitor driver hours, and ensure on-time pickups/deliveries Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, brokers, and shippers Negotiate freight rates and manage load profitability Resolve on-road issues quickly and effectively Maintain accurate dispatch logs, driver schedules, and compliance reports Communicate closely with operations, safety, and accounting departments ⸻ Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dispatch experience in a trucking/logistics company Strong understanding of

FMCSA/DOT
