• _Dispatch Manager_
• _at White Cap…_ + Manages, recruits, and hires all Delivery Drivers and Dispatchers.

+ Ensures delivery trucks are loaded and operated in compliance with all safety standards. + Ensures Drivers are routed effectively to meet planned and unplanned delivery commitments. + Ensures vehicle fleet is properly maintained. + Minimizes turn-around times through direct supervision of Drivers. + Works with Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless integration of Delivery and Warehouse operations and proper inventory controls. + Works closely with Inside Sales and Account Managers to resolve delivery issues, reroute trucks and make unplanned vendor pickups. + Develops and maintains expert knowledge of the branch delivery area geography. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Generally has 7+ years of experience.
