We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager to serve as the engine of our business. In this role, you won t just be managing tasks; you ll be architecting the systems that allow us to scale. High SchoolResponsibilities

• Developing and leading a team of Dispatchers to ensure successful execution of daily operations
• Monitor Dispatcher performance for driver measurements, safety/revenue/cost
• Support Dispatcher on Driver management activities and customer communication.
• Ensure standardization across a 24/7 Dispatch office. Be willing to work with associates on off shifts, if necessary
• Must be a self-starter and willing to take the initiative, able and willing to work with little direct supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must have an energetic and positive personality capable of working and adapting to changes.
• Team player, able to work with all levels of staff in a dynamic environment.

Will supprt a team of 7 employees, must have leadership expereince and dispatch/trucking knowledge.
