Dispatcher Responsibilities:

Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow Schedule appointments Complete paperwork in regards to automotive repairs Relay pertinent information to technicians for completion of work Follow up on detail-oriented tasks Communicate with guests, management, and other departments to solve problems Collaborate with other departments in the dealership to accomplish common goals Other duties as required
