You Are:

EXPERIENCED

Previous scheduling / dispatch experience is a plus, preferred in construction or related industry; previous customer service experience

TECHNICAL

Proficient in data entry and reporting in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Email

ANALYTICAL

Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; ability to problem-solve with creative solutions

A SELF-STARTER

U tilize time management to successfully manage multiple competing priorities; ask questions and seek out information

A COMMUNICATOR

Effectively communicate, both verbally and written, to varied levels of audiences

What You'll Do:

COORDINATE

Answer inbound service and repair calls from customers, enter orders and dispatch service based on urgency and location

ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS

Issue purchasing orders, vendor invoices, collections, and billing

ORGANIZE

Prioritize customer requests, prepare daily routes, and schedule technicians

CONTACT:

Communicate with technicians regarding job status and help to resolve customer concerns

DOCUMENT

Process completed job orders, administer contracts, and update client files
