Job Description

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a manufacturing client in Littleton, MA. This role involves managing logistics and ensuring seamless communication with customers for the delivery, pickup, and servicing of their technical products.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate drivers and subcontractors for equipment deliveries, pickups, setups, and breakdowns. Communicate with customers to confirm schedules and address inquiries. Maintain and update schedules in Outlook and SAP systems. Ensure proper documentation of delays, extra work, and inventory updates. Arrange permits, route surveys, and escorts for oversized equipment. Manage outside contractors for transportation and onsite setups. Submit purchase requests for outsourced services. Oversee maintenance scheduling for trucks and equipment. Continuously improve processes and documentation using Lean principles.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent. At least 2-3 years in customer service, scheduling, or dispatch Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and organizational skills. SAP or similar software experience preferred Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and sit for extended periods.
Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday, 7:00 AM
  • 4:00 PM (occasional additional hours may be required) The pay is $25
  • 30/hr DOE.
