Dispatcher Must have Livery and scheduling experience Must be willing and available to work evenings and weekends Wednesday - Friday - evening Saturday & Sunday TBD Duties and responsibilities include the following: Livery and transportation scheduling experience is required. Experience coordinating drivers, vehicles, appointments, and daily schedules. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage changing priorities. Familiarity with dispatching, route coordination, and customer scheduling is required Properly take complete & accurate reservations as needed Researching to troubleshoot customer problems Communicating with drivers, office staff and customers verbally and in writing

Desired Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma/ or GED Minimum 2 yrs. experience dispatching minibuses, motor coaches, sedans, vans & Taxi's Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when communicating with drivers to ensure high quality service. Work independently as well as be an effective team member.

Pay:

From $23.00 per hour
