Job Description

MECKLEY SERVICES, INC. IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED, DETAIL-ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL WITH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS A DISPATCHER.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of standard office equipment and be computer proficient.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones. Assign technicians to service jobs and be able to communicate efficiently to them. Answer emails. Process vendor invoices. Assist with general accounting entries. Maintain employee- and operations- related spreadsheets and logs.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Detail oriented. Good organizational and time management skills. Consistent attention to detail. Having the ability to manage diverse tasks and adapt to shifting priorities will allow you to excel in this position! Experience with Service Titan a plus •

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
