12 hours shifts, Monday- Sunday, rotating schedule

7:00 p.m.- 7:00 a.m. (1900

Call Management:
Handle high-volume intake calls, prioritize, and dispatch using CAD systemsResource Coordination:
Determine the appropriate level of care and coordinate transport activities with fieldEMTs Customer Service :
Provide courteous, friendly service to medical facilities, the public, and fellow EMS staffTrip Assignment:
Assign trips to the appropriate resources based on needs and availabilityBilling Support:
Collect patient billing information and assist with pre-billing activities. Other tasks as assignedRequirements:
High School Diploma / GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team settingPreferred Qualifications:
1-2 years of transportation dispatch experience (EMS dispatch preferred) Emergency Medical Technician- EMT experience Strong geographical knowledge of service areas Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations Proficiency in typing (40-45 WPM) and data entry experience Familiarity with computer-aided dispatch (CAD) software
