Dispatcher Wooster, OH Description Responsible for providing service to customers, sales, and drivers throughout the loading and delivery process, including quick responses to inquiries and problem resolution. Responsibilities Service wholesale and customer requests and needs while communicating effectively to all parties Setup and manage load board for drivers for optimal routing and efficiency Monitor load process through Fuel Track system and ensure timely delivery of product Monitor inventory levels of Keep Fill customers, Fuel Marts, and freight contracts to avoid retains and run-outs Work with wholesale to determine pull points and driver capacity by region and load demand Provide service for driver and customer questions Book customer orders for Home Heating Oil and Bulk Fuel Deliveries Review and improve logistics processes and procedures Qualifications Previous logistics dispatch/scheduling experience preferred Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft and logistics application software Ability to solve problems and work in high pressure situations, using independent judgement and discretion Ability to work well in teams with staff from all departments Excellent written and oral communication Excellent personal skills and positive attitude Ability to work in high-demand environment; adaptability to change Benefits Medical Coverage 401K Paid Time Off Paid Training To apply, please email your resume to Zach@portspetro.com.
