American Driveway is looking for an energetic, detail‑driven Dispatcher who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves keeping projects moving smoothly. This role is the heartbeat of our residential concrete operations across the country — coordinating materials, equipment, subcontractor crews, and customer communication with precision and positivity. The Dispatcher serves as the central point of contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors. You'll manage multiple residential concrete projects at once, ensuring every detail is planned, communicated, and executed on time. Organization, communication, and customer service aren't just part of the job — they define it. Key Responsibilities Project Dispatching — Coordinate daily dispatch of materials, equipment, and subcontractor crews for residential concrete projects nationwide. Customer Communication — Serve as the primary point of contact, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Vendor Coordination — Work directly with vendors to negotiate pricing, secure materials, and resolve issues quickly. Issue Management — Communicate delays or challenges proactively and professionally to customers and subcontractors. Multi‑Project Oversight — Track and manage several active projects at once, ensuring timelines and expectations are met. Planning & Organization — Anticipate needs, plan ahead, and keep detailed records to maintain seamless operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Prior dispatching or construction coordination experience Strong organizational and planning abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience negotiating with vendors Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced construction environment
