DISPATCHER / OPERATIONS ASSISTANT - GREENVILLE, SC
📍 Greenville, SC | ON-SITE 💰 $60,000-$70,000 DOE Are you an experienced Dispatcher, Operations Coordinator, or Transportation Operations professional who knows how to keep trucks, drivers, customers, and schedules moving? I'm recruiting for a Dispatcher / Operations Assistant who will play an important role in the day-to-day operation. This is NOT just a phone-answering or data-entry position. We need someone who can take ownership, solve problems, communicate with drivers and customers, and keep things organized when the day gets busy.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate daily dispatch and transportation activities
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal operations
- Monitor loads, schedules, pickups and deliveries
- Handle changes, delays and last-minute operational issues
- Keep accurate records and update transportation systems
- Assist with routing, scheduling and driver coordination
- Help ensure loads are moving efficiently and on time
- Support the Operations Manager with daily transportation needs
- Identify problems before they become bigger problems
- Provide general administrative and operational support
