Acute Care Physical Therapist | Hospital-Based | $5K Sign-On | Loan Repayment + Relocation Position Highlights Acute care at a mission-driven, non-profit hospital system Open to new grads and those transitioning into acute, mentorship built in Caseload variety: ICU, neuro, ortho, post-surgical, trauma, joint replacement $5,000 sign-on bonus plus loan repayment and relocation support PSLF eligible ~10 patients/day, no productivity pressure, generous treatment times Flexible scheduling, light weekends, 20 days PTO About the Role We're partnering with a mission-driven, not-for-profit hospital system to hire a full-time PT in their acute care department. It's a strong opportunity for clinicians who want meaningful impact, strong mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of patient populations. Whether you're transitioning into acute care or already experienced, you'll find the support and variety to build your career. Cross-training across departments is encouraged, with CEU support, in-house development, and pathways into leadership or specialty areas over time. Optional PRN weekend coverage is available.
