Knoxville, TN We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on the day shift . You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Provide accurate ETA information to customers Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or feedback Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy Communicate effectively with internal team members Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and professionalism Requirements Open availability between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Must be available to work weekends and holidays Must have reliable transportation and your own vehicle Ability to work 8-hour shifts Proven customer service experience required Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Spanish bilingual skills are a plus Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling
