Responsibilities:

Process alarm signals received in the monitoring center Notify customers of incoming signals Dispatch the proper authorities when appropriate Complete accurate logs of actions taken when processing signals Answer phones promptly and courteously Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees Maintain confidentiality Attend mandatory monitor meetings Available to work weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Excellent verbal communication skills Written communication skills Basic computer and typing skills Strong work ethic

Shifts Available:

First Shift Saturday 7A - 3P (weekends required) Third Shift Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday 11P-7

A Training Shift:

Monday-Friday 7A-3P (Approximately 1 Week); Monday-Friday 3P-11P (Approximately 1 Week)
