Job Summary A&A Towing and Recovery Services Inc. is a fast-growing, family-oriented towing company dedicated to providing dependable, professional service to the communities we serve. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, detail-driven Lot Attendant/Dispatcher to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role plays a major part in day-to-day efficiency: organizing the lot, communicating with drivers, assisting customers, and ensuring that vehicles are tracked and processed correctly. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where clear communication and strong attention to detail are essential. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch tow truck operators to calls in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor driver activity, job status updates, and ensure accurate documentation. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the vehicle impound lot. Check vehicles in and out, including taking photos, verifying information, and completing necessary paperwork. Assist customers who come to retrieve their vehicles by guiding them through the release process. Maintain records in the company's towing management system/portal. Communicate professionally with property managers, law enforcement, and customers. Report any concerns regarding vehicles, inventory, or lot activity to management. Support tow truck operators with information, directions, or clarifications as needed. Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and local regulations. Qualifications Prior dispatch, customer service, or towing or transportation experience is recommended. Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking under pressure. Strong communication skills — both written and verbal. Basic computer skills (data entry, logging calls, updating statuses). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions when organizing the lot. Must be able to stand, walk, and occasionally lift or move items around the lot. Professional attitude and willingness to learn. Must hold a valid Driver's License Schedule & Availability Availability for evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts may be required based on workflow.
