Our Dispatcher will play a critical role in coordinating field operations, supporting technicians, and ensuring clients receive timely, efficient service with excellent communication every step of the way. What You'll Do:
Manage daily schedules for service and installation teams Assign jobs to technicians based on priority, location, and availability Optimize routes and adjust schedules in real time Coordinate job details, updates, and access information with field staff Monitor job progress and make schedule adjustments throughout the day Schedule accepted projects and coordinate with sales and operations teams Manage recurring maintenance scheduling for clients Communicate scheduling changes and updates with clients and internal teams What We're Looking For (Requirements): High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or coordination experience Experience in a field service, construction, irrigation, or trades environment preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing priorities Familiarity with dispatching, CRM, or scheduling software systems (Service Titan preferred) Excellent communication and coordination skills Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred What You'll Get (Benefits): Health insurance Company-paid vision and dental insurance 401(k) program Paid Time Off 6 paid holidays Ongoing training and career development opportunities Ready to make a big impact?
