DOE A growing agricultural operation in Moses Lake is seeking an organized and dependable Agricultural Dispatcher to coordinate daily transportation, field operations, and delivery schedules. This role serves as the communication hub between drivers, field crews, customers, and management to ensure efficient movement of agricultural products and equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and equipment to meet production and delivery demands. Coordinate transportation of agricultural products, supplies, and materials. Monitor routes, delivery times, and driver locations. Communicate with growers, customers, warehouse personnel, and field supervisors regarding schedules and updates. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, records, and transportation documents. Address scheduling changes, delivery issues, and transportation delays promptly. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Utilize dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office programs. Assist with inventory coordination and general administrative support as needed. Provide exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, agricultural, or related experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
