We are seeking a Sales Manager who is experienced, honest, and a motivated team player. A Sales manager oversees all aspects of vehicle sales operations, achieving sales targets, and maximizing profitability. Leading the sales team to cultivate long-term customer relationships through every interaction.

$7,000 - $12,000 per month based on performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Manage sales staff and provide training to improve sales programs' development and control. Set annual and monthly objectives for unit sales and gross profits. Monitor salesperson productivity and performance. Display, merchandise, and promote new and used vehicles. Review market analyses and sales reports. Act as a liaison between the sales department and other departments. Maintain a professional appearance. Attend required managers meetings. Assist in developing improvement programs for salespeople facing challenges in meeting their objectives. Read and comprehend job-related instructions and information, whether electronic or paper based. Handle problems creatively and logically, showing empathy towards customers and their issues. Driving is an essential function of this position. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record consistent with company insurance standards throughout employment.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

: Recruit, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all sales employees. EDUCATION and/orEXPERIENCE
: Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or GED, with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training in auto sales, or 1 to 2 years of college education with one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred qualification of an associate or bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a two-year or four-year College or University, with one to two years related experience.
