$65-$75 per Hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and qualified Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for a 9-week contract opportunity at a skilled nursing facility in Moses Lake, Washington. Responsibilities Oversee daily facility operations and ensure high-quality resident care. Manage and support nursing and departmental staff. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Maintain compliance with survey and regulatory requirements. Monitor staffing, operations, and overall facility performance. Work closely with department heads to maintain quality standards and efficient operations. Requirements Active LNHA License required. Previous nursing home or long-term care administrative experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to start and work for the full contract duration.
