This is a highly varied, active position combining motorcycle inventory operations, showroom support, local deliveries, and facility maintenance . If you enjoy working around motorcycles, take pride in your work, and like staying busy, this could be a great fit. Our hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday. Tues.

• Fri. 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed Sundays and Mondays
• What You'll Do
• Move and position motorcycles throughout the dealership, warehouses, and showroom.
• Prepare new and used motorcycles for display and customer test rides.
• Maintain motorcycle inventory, including battery charging, cleaning, hang tags, signage, and basic preparation.
• Make vehicle pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Assist with and, when authorized and trained, lead customers on test rides (M1 endorsement required) .
• Keep showrooms, restrooms, common areas, and exterior areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, and restock supplies.
• Maintain a safe, organized, professional dealership environment.
• Work with sales, service, parts, and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• What We're Looking For
• Valid California driver's license and motorcycle endorsement with a clean driving record is required.
• Comfortable and confident operating and maneuvering motorcycles.
• Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing/walking, lifting, bending, and moving motorcycles and equipment.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Powersports, motorcycle dealership, automotive, warehouse, maintenance, delivery, or janitorial experience is a plus—but not required.
• This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
