Job Description Are you looking to launch your career in criminal justice, social work, or law enforcement? Join our Intervention Inc. team as a Community Corrections Specialist. In this entry-level role, you will work directly within our residential transitional facility to help justice-involved adults successfully reenter the community. This position offers a clear career pathway into probation, parole, case management, and public safety. We provide full paid training to ensure your success. Because this position requires direct observation of females submitting specimens for urinalysis, being female has been determined to be a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification and only females will be considered for the position.

• What You Will Do (Day-to-Day Duties)

Monitor Facility Safety:

Conduct routine rounds, headcounts, and building security checks.

Track Resident Compliance:

Log resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.

Enforce Accountability:

Administer routine urine drug screenings (UDS) and breathalyzer tests.

Maintain Records:

Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.

Support Reentry:

Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access. What We Look For (Requirements & Skills)

Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.

Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
