East Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch _ West Bradenton/Anna Maria Sun City Center/Ruskin South_ Warehouse & Facilities Manager Full-Time | Reports to General Manager SERVPRO of Bradenton is looking for a skilled Warehouse & Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities, vehicles, and equipment across our East Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch, West Bradenton/Anna Maria, and Sun City Center/Ruskin South territories. You'll keep our buildings, grounds, fleet, and equipment safe, functional, and organized so our production teams can get to work without delay. If you're hands-on, mechanically minded, and like keeping things running smoothly, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Manage equipment, product, and supply inventory across our warehouses. Conduct regular inspections of facilities, vehicles, and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs promptly. Oversee day-to-day facility maintenance across all locations. Plan and organize materials and items within the warehouses for efficient access and workflow. Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose and address equipment malfunctions. Control and manage costs related to products, supplies, and equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facilities, vehicles, and equipment. Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance work. Monitor, communicate, and respond to internal customer needs in a timely manner. Take on additional responsibilities as the business requires. What You Bring Proven experience in facilities management. Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team. Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general building operations. Experience with technology-driven asset management. Excellent problem-solving skills to address facility-related issues. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel between locations. Work Environment This role is based primarily in our warehouse and facility locations, with regular local travel between territories. Work may involve lifting, standing, and working around vehicles, equipment, and mechanical systems. Schedule Monday through Friday, approximately 7:45 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with additional hours as business needs require. SERVPRO of Bradenton is an independently owned and operated franchise.
