Responsibilities Understand and follow high standards of safety in the performance of the normal duties of this position and ensure the safe condition of the facility. Follow all Company safety procedures, JSA's and Work Instructions. These include but are not limited to Lock Out / Tag Out, Confined Space Entry, Arc-Flash and electrical safety Read and interpret equipment manuals and MWRs to perform required maintenance and service in an efficient manner Perform or coordinate repairs and preventive and predictive maintenance on the facility and facility equipment Perform or coordinate various facility upkeep or improvement projects Use a variety of test equipment, hand tools, power tools, man lifts, forklifts, and material handling equipment in performing duties Detect faulty and or unsafe building conditions and report those and any unusual situations to the Maintenance Supervisor Maintain accurate records by accurately entering and updating information for Work Orders, Assets, PMs, inventory and purchasing in the CMMS Generate and distribute reports from the CMMS as requested Coordinate with outside contractors or vendors for various service or project work Participate and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being a part owner of the company Key Qualifications 6 months experience with PM operations or a Certificate with emphasis on Preventative Maintenance or facilities Maintenance. High School Diploma/GED plus one year practical experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience Competent oral and written communication skills are required in order to effectively communicate with internal and external customers Must be able to be part of a team and relationships with fellow employees and potential and current customers Excellent communication, organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to multi task are required Computer skills with Excel, Word, Outlook Rewards Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Exceptional health benefits Vacation and Holiday pay 5% 401(k) Match Quarterly Bonus program Training and Advancement 100% Employee-Owned Outstanding Company Culture 100%
