In this role, you'll help drive facility and company-wide quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, regulatory compliance, and a culture of continuous performance improvement in substance use disorder treatment. What You'll Do Lead and collaborate with all departments to elevate quality of care and ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and accreditation standards (TJC, CARF). Collect, analyze, and monitor quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-informed decisions. Develop, implement, and track performance improvement strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and patient outcomes. Facilitate survey readiness and maintain regulatory documentation and compliance matrices. Analyze incident trends, grievances, and patient satisfaction data to identify systemic issues and implement actionable improvements. Lead key committee meetings, including QAPI, Safety, Infection Control, and Medical Records. Educate and train staff on quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory standards. Drive progress on Facility Balanced Scorecard metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, or healthcare operations (behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment preferred). Certification in healthcare quality/process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
