As a Facilities Technician 2, you will be part of the maintenance support team supporting building operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2:30pm - 11:00pm (Second Shift) What's the Job? Monitor the facility to ensure safety, security, and proper maintenance. Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems to identify and resolve issues. Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management. Replace lighting bulbs and ballasts as needed to maintain optimal lighting conditions. Assist with moving office furniture, machinery, and equipment as requested to support operational needs. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required. 2-4 years of relevant experience in maintenance or facilities support. Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and repair techniques. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. What's in it for me?
