About the Role As the primary architect of our residents' social lives, you will design a robust calendar that balances intellectual stimulation, physical fitness, and social excursions. Your goal is to ensure our residents remain engaged with the best of the North Canton and Canton areas.

Key Responsibilities Curated Programming:

Develop monthly calendars featuring guest lectures, yoga/tai chi, cocktail hours, and "brain fitness" workshops.

Excursion Management:

Coordinate trips to local staples like the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the Palace Theatre .

Resident Partnerships:

Collaborate with Resident Councils to ensure programming reflects their sophisticated tastes.

Partnerships & Digital:

Source local musicians and experts while managing community social media and digital signage.

Hospitality Integration:

Partner with our Culinary team for themed dinners, garden parties, and holiday galas. What We're Looking For 3-5

Years Experience:

Background in life enrichment, high-end hospitality, or event planning.

Visionary Mindset:

Ability to create unique, upscale experiences for an active demographic.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency in Canva or Publisher to create high-quality newsletters and calendars.

Driver's License:
