Duties Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, safety protocols, and room setups. Lead and supervise maintenance team, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality service across electrical, mechanical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and industrial systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance program. Manage building systems ensuring compliance with safety standards. Monitor facilities' compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, asset management logs, and safety documentation to support continuous improvement. Experience Proven management experience in facilities management. Supervising experience leading teams. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers and their integration into facility operations. Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work and mechanical systems; ability to enforce safety protocols effectively. Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish for clear reporting and team collaboration. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to supervise diverse teams and foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
