| Youth Care Staff & Residential Support Staff Care Option Residential Treatment Center, LLC | Houston, TX We are currently building a compassionate, professional, and diverse team for our Residential Treatment Center serving boys ages 8-15. We are seeking dependable individuals who are passionate about mentorship, structure, youth development, and creating a safe environment for children in care.

Positions may include:

Direct Care Staff Residential Support Staff Overnight Staff Weekend Staff PRN /

Part-Time Team Members What We're Looking For:

Professional and dependable individuals Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain structure, safety, and professionalism Experience with youth, behavioral health, education, healthcare, childcare, RTC/GRO settings, mentoring, or social services is a plus Men and women from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:
