- Prepare offices and workspaces for new hires, internal moves, and departures
- Coordinate maintenance requests with building management and engineers
- Set up conference rooms, events, client meetings, and trial/hearing spaces
- Install office signage, bulletin boards, artwork, and workspace materials
- Manage building access cards and support day-to-day office operations
- Perform office moves, furniture setup, and workspace reconfigurations
- Partner with vendors, contractors, attorneys, and business professionals to ensure the office operates at the highest level
- Respond to facilities requests while maintaining exceptional customer service
