Full Job Description Description:
The Leasing Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of facilities and equipment leases as well as fleet management for all sites within the Bay Family of Companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the leasing of operational sites throughout the country Build strong and consultative relationships with Plant/Warehouse Managers to ensure that each location has the appropriate equipment needed for business operations Organize vendors and contractors needed to maintain all facilities Perform routine contract administration duties Respond to inquiries from management about vehicle and facilities leases Enter and track data relating to vehicle and equipment orders Review contract documents and associated worksheets to make sure they meet guidelines and are acceptable to third party leasing organizations if necessary Assist with the preparation of files, documents, and reports as needed Occasional overnight travel is possible with this position Maintain vendor certification program including risk management and certificates of insurance
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in business or related field, required (bachelor's degree, preferred) 2 or more years of corporate level experience coordinating facilities or fleet, preferred 2 or more years of corporate level experience with commercial insurance, preferred Previous experience with contract administration, preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent computer (Excel/Word) skills Strong organizational skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
